The first pipe arrived faulty where the mouth piece kept falling out. I contacted the seller with a video showing the problem & they sent a replacement pipe out straight away. The customer service was impeccable and I can’t thank them either for replacing the pipe. Highly recommend this seller & will definitely buy from them in the future

Came in on time, and was as expected. Oh... and it smokes great. I'd heard rumors that pear wood heats up more than briar, and while this may be true, I couldn't notice with this pipe, it smoke cool and was easy to keep lit. The pipe is a bit smaller than I expected, but that's not a bad thing. This is my third purchase from this store, and I have a feeling it won't be my last.
