I ordered this as a first pipe for my wife and in this regard, it's been a real winner. Beautiful, packs and smokes well, fairly small, conical bowl that fits well in the hand and is easy to break in and clean. The price is astoundingly good. Amazing value. As an additional, customer service with these guys is great. Very responsive, very nice, very informative. Couldn't be better. Also, if you're in the US (as I am), expect long delays from Customs. The items I ordered shipped very quickly and had left Poland by the next day, but Customs sat on them for at least a week. So the shipping is fast, but it's going to take a while to get to you for reasons outside of the seller's control. Keep this in mind.
