Let's get this out of the way first: this pipe cracked the first time I smoked it. A beautiful pipe, a great smoker, and an insanely reasonable price - but it cracked. So mainly the stars are for the excellent customer service. After noticing the crack, I had an extended back and forth with Bruno who told me the likely reason behind my crack (olive is fairly brittle and temperature sensitive and I was smoking outside in winter) and was very nice about all my dumb questions and also offered me a more than fair deal, considering the circumstances. So despite a cracked bowl, I'm still a very happy customer. The crack is getting a little bit worse, but I'm still smoking it as it is a fantastic pipe. Cheers to Mr. Balandis! Finally, expect delays in delivery from Customs if you live in the US.
