Arrived well protected and in time. The head is well made, nice to look at and does it's job. But the stem is garbage. Gave it away as a gift and the stem broke after 4 smokes. Left it to cool and just wanted to clean and it broke of fairly easy. The receiver of the pipe is very disappointed. And it gets written of as "mechanical damage" so it does not fall under warranty... i would need to buy another stem for 8 pounds. Bad service and seller is not even sorry for the damage.

Das Produkt eine sehr gute Qualität, vor allem für den Preis. Große Hersteller nehmen oft über 100€ dir qualitativ schlechtere Pfeifen. Ich würde den Shop bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen und auch wieder dort Einkaufen
